Irresistible flavors come together here. A great recipe to feast and enjoy! 🥓 Our J.Kinski Ramen noodle is particularly good here. 🍜 Decide according to your taste, either as a base Dashi umami fish broth 🐟 or ham broth “Bacon Tea” 🐷!

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS:

  • 600 g gyoza filled with pork, for example
  • 2 bottles of Ramen Basic Dashi Umami Fish Broth OR BACON TEA Ham Broth
  • 400g ramen noodles
  • 3 tsp miso paste
  • spring onions
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bok choy
  • 200g bacon
  • 100 g sprouts

And so it goes:

  • To prepare gyoza: Steam gyoza (available in Asian supermarkets) according to package instructions.
  • Prepare vegetables: Blanch pak choi and sprouts. Prepare the spring leek - cut the green part into rings and the white part into fine julienne strips.
  • Fry the bacon: Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and set aside.
  • Cook the noodles: Cook the ramen noodles for 5 minutes and drain well.
  • Make the broth: Dissolve the miso paste in the Ramen Basic Dashi Umami fish broth and bring to the boil briefly.
