Rinderbrühe und Rinderbraten

HAKUBAKU UDON Bio Nudeln habe die das erste mal ausprobiert, schnelle Zubereitung, Struktur bleibt nicht verkleben im kalten Zustand- mit heißer Brühe auffüllen geniessen. Super lecker. Auch die Rinderbraten Brühe erste mal angewendet, Geschmack sehr ausgewogen gutes Fleisch schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Vielen Dank auch für die schönen Rezepte, weiter so.

Deine Gewürze und Salze freuen sich über einen kühlen Ort (10-20°C) und sind besonders gut haltbar, wenn du sie dunkel (also nicht auf dem Küchenregal, sondern lieber hinter verschlossener Schranktür) lagerst - oder am besten schnell verbrauchst und wieder bei uns bestellst ;-)

Das MHD ist auf dem Glas aufgedruckt. Ab Herstellung weisen wir ein Jahr Haltbarkeit aus. Das ist aber wahrscheinlich noch nicht das Ende der Fahnenstange. Aber die Gewürze verlieren irgendwann an Aroma und Farbe.

Unsere Kräuter und Gewürze kommen vom Verband für ökologische Land- und Ernährungswirtschaft ECOLAND aus der Hohenlohe Region. Nicht nur die Qualität ist überbordend gut. Auch das Konzept überzeugt: Was nicht in unsere Breitengraden angebaut werden kann, wird fair aus eigens gegründeten Projekten ohne Zwischenhändler bezogen. Nein, Gewürze halten sich im gut verschlossenen Glas auch ohne Küchenschrank.

Die Gewürze sind auch geöffnet mindestens bis zum Ende des aufgedruckten MHDs verwendbar, soe verlieren aber an Intensität, je länger sie offen sind. Um Mottenbefall o.ä. zu vermeiden, verschließe das Glas immer gut.

Die Gläser sind nicht an ein Pfandsystem angeschlossen. Du kannst sie aber nach dem Verwenden noch super für eigene Kreationen verwenden, zum Beispiel Kräutersalz oder Marmelade.
