Delicious and time-saving
I find the Dashi Umami broth very tasty and versatile. So far I have used them as a base for fish soup, for raamen and to season a salmon sauce. The broth tastes spicy and saves a lot of time when cooking.

How do you make your Dashi Umami fish broth?
This is how the sea tastes: Sustainably fished and made with a lot of love, our dashi develops the full umami taste. For our stock, we mix tuna flakes, wakame algae and shitake mushrooms with cold water and heat everything to 80°C. Extremely tasty and versatile!
