Grilled Harissa Carrots

Ingredients for 4 servings (as a side dish):

  • 600g young carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 pinch of harissa
  • Salt

And so it goes:

  • Wash the young carrots and blanch them briefly in boiling water. In the meantime, mix the remaining ingredients into a marinade and preheat a grill pan. Briefly roast the blanched carrots on each side. Toss in the marinade and serve on a platter. We enjoy our carrots with a hummus that we have refined with Ras el Hanout.
