Potato chili con carne by momosdailykitchen

A potato chili con carne with grass-fed beef bone broth - tastes great and is prepared very quickly.

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 1 bottle of pasture beef bone broth
  • 250g ground beef
  • 2 onions
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • 4 potatoes
  • Salt, pepper, chilli, parsley

And so it goes:

  • Fry the minced meat until spicy. Season each with 1 teaspoon of the spices mentioned above.
  • Dice the onions, add them and fry everything until golden brown.
  • Add the pasture beef bone broth and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes, kidney beans and corn. Peel, dice and mix in the potatoes.
  • Simmer for another 15 minutes and serve with fresh parsley
  • Tastes great at lunchtime, in the evening or simply in between and, best of all, the next day. Also delicious with nachos!
